How much water for 25grams of Cascade Hops

I love getting drunk off home brew. Never had a hangover from it since it has a lot of Vitamin B in it. Gotta love it. Ok, well I will wait until about 4 - 5 days and then throw my hops in.

How much water for 25grams of Cascade Hops

Thats where I went today :D Got my Coopers IPA there and the hops. I will have to try the 150gs!! I think I will wait a week before throwing in the hops. I heard that if you stick it in too early it all escapes out the air lock. Is this true? Or should I just biff it in from the beginning.

How much water for 25grams of Cascade Hops

Sweet. Well I got the Coopers IPA kit. Do you think 50g will be too much? Also, do I dry hop at the beginning or let it ferment for a bit first?

How much water for 25grams of Cascade Hops

I like the flavour of hops. One of the beers I adore is the 'Hop Rocker' from Mac's Brewery. It is a Pilsner. And then of course, Epic Armageddon Indian Pale Ale. http://epicbeer.com/epic-armageddon-ipa/ The Epic beer is insane of course. But the Hop Rocker is great.

Could I boil for like 15 mins and then pour it all in to the fermenter or will it make no difference?

    Some Homebrew questions from NZ!

The red ale sounds like a winner. We got a great brew shop in Auckland (http://www.ebrewcraft.co.nz/afa.asp?idWebPage=10759&idWebSite=423&UN=ew) so will speak with them. I also speak with the guy heaps who introduced me to home brew. He used to work there, has tonnes of knowledge and is a...

    Some Homebrew questions from NZ!

I see a lot of people doing the mash and stuff and while that seems awesome, I just don't think I would have the time to do it. I'm definitely keen to try brewing a stout and my love for dark ales has been resurrected. Ales in general make me feel good. I like Lager, but in New Zealand we...

    Some Homebrew questions from NZ!

Cool. Yeah. Patience! I bought some commercial beer. And while I enjoy it, I love my home brews. I guess I should buy two fermenter's to keep beer brewing all the time. While on this subject, since I love craft beers too, what are some good kits you could recommend or styles of beer you...

    Some Homebrew questions from NZ!

Hey guys. Whenever I search something about home brew I always end up finding a lot of great stuff here and I have been lurking about for a bit reading up. I was introduced to home-brew via a friend who does distilling and I asked him would he sell me some of his home brew in which he said...
