There is no league, we all make beer, some just do it differently.... Like chris said it doesn't have to take a long time to go all grain. A buddy of mine was helping me and he went straight to it. I will be kegging tomorrow and brewing next weekend, come on by.

Well then we need to hook up and drink a few.

I use a stainless convectionary sugar shaker with some extra holes I drilled in it. I use whole leaf so I needed something larger than the tea ball thing, then just drop it in.

I use a Baby scale that I picked up at a yard sale of $3.00. Check it with some dumbells and it was dead on.

All I had was Ice in the cooler and it lasted from Atlanta to Daytona with out adding any. I was going to make something out of a large diameter piece of PVC if I can find what I want.
