Since I have the all-in-one PRV now, I use my old gas manifold for things like this. One benefit is I can use the PRV on the gas manifold to flush O2 a few times.

Admiral makes fantastic malts. I've been seeing their malt used a lot more in local bay area brewers. I've been working my way through a 50lb bag of Gallagher's Best, and it gives a really fantastic malt character.

So, when do we learn about the next 3 products? (This was the first of five, the pump was second....)

Got the PRV, can't wait to use it on my next batch! I had one question for @SpikeBrewing though. I noticed that if the airlock/cup is filled with water or sanitizer, and you depress the plunger, the liquid drains through the holes down into the fermentor. How are you supposed to relieve pressure...

Yup. And you can move the thermowell to the lower port, and just sacrifice samples for very small batches. (Some people prefer this anyway so that the sample port doesn't gather as much crud)

The CF5 is built for half batches. The cooling coil, thermowell, sampling valve, etc etc are all low enough to work. So far I've done 3 or 4 gallon batches that have worked great. I haven't fully characterized my losses yet, so I can't tell you how much extra you'll have to make. But the ability...
