I carb kegs at room temp. 6 days at serving pressure probably isn’t enough, leave it at 30, shake a couple times until no more CO2 is absorbed, drop back to 12 and pour a carbed up beer.

You have everything you need except some cheap tubing, that sounds to me like the easiest and cheapest way to solve your problem.
