Straining when pouring into the carboy would have corrected that issue I assume? Hazy beer doesn't really worry me too much, Its been in the carboy for about 45 minutes, I would imagine pouring into a different container and straining it when pouring back into the carboy would catch it and...

Only thing added was the 4.5oz of hops, Irish moss and some alco boost.. but the AB was added at 15 minutes so I assume it boiled down.. I failed pretty miserably at not getting sediment into the fermenter when I poured from the pot.. But your guess is as good as mine.. no clue what it could...

Yup, boil over.. Pot got up to boil a hell of a lot faster than I anticipated.. not a big BO, just enough to make SWMBO laugh at me..

Ugh, I invested a couple hundred hours in that game.. I would make a save file after accepting a mission so I could turn in the good and bad way (mostly for trophies) to see the different outcomes.. SWMBO hates that game..
