I think the above will get you on the ball park. I've brewed a few with different hops and my favourite so far is Vic secret as a single hop. Extra Pale MO is a great be malt for this and it doesn't need much else. I've used US-05 but will try a kveik next time as I could see it working well...

Just to update, the hop burn subsided and tonight's pint was amazing. It was very drinkable after about 1.5 weeks but 3 weeks has made it delicious. I might think twice about using Galaxy in such a big dry hop in future
