    Hop Schedule Ideas?

So far this beer has turned out with a serious lemon taste/smell. The gravity stalled, so i pitched a 1L active starter in each, and finally dropped it to 1.015. I never used Citra before, but i think i'll start using it in small doses, maybe just dry-hopping. I'm not sure about dry-hopping...

    Sierra Nevada Beer Camp 12-packs?

Yes I've had them all at the brewery, and the only one I really liked was the double ipa. The coomon was 2nd and the other two I could care less of.

    Sierra Nevada Beer Camp 12-packs?

Same, i could care less for the black juniper, but the double IPA is REALLY good IMO. The common and wiezenbock are good, but not great. If you can, get ahold of the beer camp russian imperial stout, one of the best i've had.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

yeah i don't think it should be a big deal, i still have the other half sitting on the yeast, maybe ill let that sit for another two weeks. Also i'll probably just wait another week or so till i pull another one to check it.

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Understood. However, 1. it wasn't the very first pint i pulled, more like the 5th or 6th. I didn't cut any of my dip tubes and would hate to learn im going to have yeast for the rest of this half (5gal) keg. Suggestions?

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

I just kegged my this blonde ale yesterday after 2 weeks in the primary. Pulled my first pint today to find the flavor to be somewhat thick and yeasty with very poor clarity. Any ideas on why this may be -- as far as taste and clarity? Will this go away after a week or so in the keg?

    Converting IMC to CFC, possible?

I have 20' of 3/8" copper tubing i've been using as an immersion chiller for my 5 gallon batches. However, since i started brewing 10 gallon batches, i need a more effective way of cooling my wort. I decided i wanted to turn my IMC into a counterflow chiller utilizing the copper piping i have...

Batch Sparging Technique (10gal) -- Critique Needed

I have been successfully brewing 5 gallons with a single batch sparge, but now i'm moving up to a 10 gallon batch. I can't do a single batch sparge for this size because of the size of my MLT is only 48qt, so i must convert to a double batch sparge. I'm wondering if i'm on the right track...

    My new pot :(

Yeah your right. I actually costed it out for them with the discount, shipping both ways, and time spent, then gave them my offer. It worked for me, but they still delivered below my expectations; i will consider doing business with them again.
