    Stone

I like the Arrogant Bastard and the Ruination. We don't get a whole lot more than that here in Jersey but man are they both good! :rockin:

This one is for my Mom

The Rogue one is interesting for sure. It has a bite, but it isn't overpowering. Definately worth picking up a Bomber and trying for once. I didn't hate it. Didn't love it either, it was just interesting.

Rogue has a Chipotle Ale that's pretty good. Anyway, try this page and maybe one of them will ring a bell. Good luck! http://beeradvocate.com/beer/style/163/

    Simple Tip for Bottlers

I have a few Sam Smith's 12 oz bottles I use for that purpose as well. Of course, I don't mind sampling a bit early either. :D

No regrets about it although when I started I was a bit apprehensive about doing it all at an online school. SWMBO is a professor at Rutgers and even she has been impressed by the curriculum so I can definately recommend it. If you want more info PM me.

University of Phoenix. I started it at DePaul in Chicago when I lived there but I just didn't have the time to do the classroom thing while working. UofP has definately been a great experience.

    Newbie Question about Timing

One thing about non carbed beer is it is in the eyes of the beholder. My wife hated my 1st Oatmeal stout that we tasted when we bottled it. 4 weeks later she loves it. I liked it then and thought it would be a good beer. Everyone's taste buds are different, just wait a few weeks after...

    Overall Community

I come for the porn actually. ;) In all seriousness this place has been awesome for a newby to learn some tips and tricks that aren't in the books. And I've learned not to worry if after pitching my yeast and 10 minutes go by that nothing has happened. RDWHAHB is my new mantra!

    cleaning and staying clean.

I use the water here in Jersey to rinse and I haven't had an infection yet. Not saying you won't get one, but the odds are with you if the Jersey water is OK! ;)

I'm doing my MBA online so it's kinda hard to skip class! My undergrad 11 years ago (damn that's painful to type) was different and I graduated with a 2.9 after pulling a 4.0 average my last 2 years! ;)

This post rocks! I will be busy all through the summer with this list! Thanks so much! I've been to Grendels before. I stayed over at the Sheraton Commander there right down the street. Thanks so much! :rockin:

    The Best Burgers

Will be there tomorrow. Staying right down the street from Fenway and Boston Beer Works. :ban: I love Boston. I cover Boston and NY as part of my territory for work and go to Boston for a few days every month. Any joints you can recommend besides Boston Beer Works?

    Drinking and writing

As I finish my 2nd Dogfish Head 90-Min IPA and type up my current business seminar paper, I was curious if any other students out there find they do their best work after a few brews? I stared at my computer for the first hour before I had my 1st beer and after that the words just started...

    The Best Burgers

Boy Pepe's, Modern Pizza and now Louis'. I think New Haven is my favorite food city to visit just because of the Brick oven pizza you all have there. I'll check out the burger joint next time I'm passing on my way home from Boston.

    The Best Burgers

I'll check out Johnny Rockets next time I'm in Freehold at BA. I'm not much of a Diner guy myself but I suppose I could do some cheesburger research! :) Five Guys is awesome. There is one in Virginia near my parents house that I frequent when I'm visiting.
