Viking, I'd be interested. I was also thinking about Seeing if there was interest for a meet up at Jackson Surf Taco or Tipperary Pub and could probably talk one of those locations into hosting once a month. I know Tipperary being a newer bar would probably appreciate the business.

I don't think I would necessarily "need" stainless, I'm more worried about cleanliness and any off-flavors that might develop from using polysulfone. I guess, what I really want to know is: why wouldn't I want the polysulfone? How long have you had your pump(s)?

So, I'm looking into buying pumps for my HERMS build. Want to do one tier but keep cost low. Looking into the Chugger pumps and the Polysulfone pumps are $99 and SS is $140. Wondering if anyone has used both and what are the pros/cons? Cheers, JR :mug:

I haven't done my first AG batch and I am still in the "planning stages" of my set up. I tend to over-think things but after reading bad reviews on the Blichmann Auto-Sparge and looking at different arm designs, etc., I'm convinced there has to be a better way... I'm just not sure if it will...

Tre9er: I think I'm going to start by converting a cooler and using the keggle as a BK/HLT for now, with a plan to add more keggles down the line. Weldless fittings is what I'm leaning toward right now because they're easily replaceable and it will be cheaper just to drill a few holes rather...
