It may be precisely because both Darin and Dave/Darlene post such quality videos of their respective systems that we don't find others. There's no vacuum that needs to be filled.

Just curious, if you're simply moving up to a larger Brew-Boss, why sell the whole system and re-buy? Why not just buy the bigger kettle and COFI?
