Word!!! Looks like I'm going to have to order this and brew it. I would love to be able to get it but that's the great thing about brewing your own.

My ten gallon pot would not fit in my oven. I just cover it and put it down in an old sleeping bag. Last brew I did this way I lost 1* over a hour, it was around 50* outside that day too.

So I brewed a Rauchbier, a smoked beer, about six months ago, and I brought the last two bottles to one of my local club meetings last week. It had aged REALLY well and was right on target. The guy that takes notes/writes our newsletter, a BJCP certified judge btw, sent out the newsletter today...

Payroll, data analysis, and basic IT with our software system. We have an internet based software package that deals with routing patients from dr. offices to hospitals. The data analysis helps me with beer because I'm pretty good at tracking number which helps with the quality control in brewing.

I made a smoked beer that worked really well with the crock pot. It had just enough flavor of smoke to make you taste it in the end.

Yeah that would be beyond gross, if you have ever over reduced a sauce made with a hoppy beer you know what I'm saying. I have used several different styles of beer with beer can chicken and you dont get the flavor of the beer in the chicken its just to help keep it moist.

My favorite piece of clothing is by far my Seersucker suite. Its so cool, I would wear it all the time if I could. Its essential in the summer time down here in the deep south. You can wear a full suit when its 100* and 100% humidity. Not to mention the ladies really like it ;););).

Like remilard said, I don’t see a .5 degree graduation on these or ANY stick on thermometer that I have ever seen. Without that it’s going to REALLY hard to say they are accurate to within .5 degrees.
