    Never said it had me floored :) Hot = strong alcohol bite/burn... I think FIS has a bit too much when it's fresh, but it's mellowing out as it ages... first beer of the night, now for some homemade bread and butter as long as my dog doesn't steal it from me.

    Getting a ladies number that I failed to the other night, she likes IPA's :) one of these to calm the nerves. 12/27/13. This one is a bit too hot fresh, but with a couple months of age, fantastic! When does FBS come out again?

    White loaf from yesterday, made the dough on saturday and refrigerated... turned out better than the last. I promise, Chef, I'll get that sourdough culture going before long!

    One of these, finally finished peeling labels / cleaning 4-1/2 cases of bottles in preparation for bottling Friday night / Saturday morning. And another one of these. Bread is proofing, time to eat some leftover homemade Indian curry chicken w/tomato base.

    Haha, sorry, but perfect use of using your words out of context... reminds me of a certain SNL skit. Directions for packaging beer: 1. Cut a hole in a box 2. Put your junk in that box 3. Close that box.

    Do you have a recipe in particular? I usually use homemade salsa if I have any on hand, if I was thinking I would have used sriracha at the very least!

    Homemade potato chips... Homemade Bread and homemade butter... And rocking "egg in a hole" because I can... the perks of the bachelor life. Not pretty, but it was pretty tasty.

    I built mine using a 14.5 cu.ft chest freezer. All of the fittings for 3 taps & the 4-way manifold cost me about $280-300, the Freezer was $380, and the wood was a couple more bucks. If you have the necessary tools, I'd say do it, otherwise if you have to buy tools / drills it may not be worth...

    I usually get mine at cappys and nowhere else because I don't trust any other bottle shop. Cappys (Loveland) moves white rajah like it's water... Never have a problem there, but unfortunately the only way to tell rajahs date is if it's sold in the case, and most places the case box is long gone.
