    Any experience with chlorine effects?

I had a chloramine problem. I tasted it as a harsh biting on the back of my tongue. I switched to filtered water, and my beer was awesome after that.

I think i messed up my brew

Do you think that maybe you are tasting the fruitiness of the yeast and maybe some of the hop flavors before they have faded? If the gravity was perfect and it was carbonated I don't think it was a priming solution problem. Give it a week try it again.

    When Yeast attacks

I think it was the yeast. It was from the hand that held the spray bottle.

    When Yeast attacks

So a little back story. Two days before brew day I broke my last airlock :( and while I ordered one it wouldn't be here on time. So I hooked up a blow off tube while I waited for my airlock to arrive. It was a good thing I did because I had the most vigorous fermentation I have ever seen...

    Cheap Hard Apple Cider

I did the dishwasher pasteurization when I made my cider. It was easy. If you don't have a dishwasher that gets that hot you could use the stove top method. That way you don't have to back sweeten, but it is all up to you and what you want to do.

    Lawsuit Against Anheuser-Busch

ab inbev says that it meets the labeling laws. Now if I remember correctly and I may be wrong (just ask SWMBO) I believe that the avb has to be within .3% of what is put on the label here in the U.S. of A. compared to the .5% in Europe (source Brew Like a Monk, I think that is where I read it)...

    Kegerator Help Needed

Your swmbo is awesome. Too many times I here the story of the spouses spending all the deployment money on shoes or something silly like that. IMO a vent wouldn't hurt and could save you a headache down the road.
