Brand New Hopblocker - $55 Shipped

Not to split hairs exactly, but one just sold for $40 (with shipping) on here yesterday.. I'm on the fence as I will also have to modify it, but match that and you've got a deal!

    Beer Tower Cooler?

I saw that posted earlier.. I guess it depends on what you are trying to cool.. In my older 2-tap sanyo converted kegerator, I went with two copper tubes that extended down into the fridge and expanding foam around them. That worked, but this would definitely work for it as well - perhaps...

Deep Six Brewery - back in action!

We had our first brew day on the 4th.. I forgot to take any photos but a friend took a few with his phone. Most all my old equipment is back in working condition and made it through the flood without issue. I do think I'm going to buy a 20 gallon BoilerMaker to boil in instead of this keggle to...

    3 roller monster mill help

before I bought the 3 roller MM, I had an older 2 roller mill which didn't bind up like my new one. It took some effort, but I found that it has to be up to speed before dropping any grain in it to properly get the other two rollers spinning..

    Atlanta Area Group Buy

I am in South GA and am considering something similar.. it isn't out of the question to drive to pick it up in ATL if the price is right. Or possibly put together another group buy for our area soon?

    3 roller monster mill help

Here is how I rigged mine up.. with video. I can tell you the trick is to get it going full speed before dropping any grain into it. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/my-new-milling-station-73570/ And yes, I have learned my lesson about using my hand in the hopper.. I use a brush now...

    Who has the most taps

I have fans installed (an 'intake' and an 'outtake') but only turn them on when we are having a party.. each line is 12' and I've never had a foaming issue. Trust me.. that was a *huge* worry while building it out.

Deep Six Brewery - back in action!

Well, I finally got a quote from GA Power.. they want $980 just to install a sidewalk guy. I couldn't believe it. I feel like bitching at them for why this damn pole is in the middle of my backyard instead of the property line yet feeds both my house and my neighbors.. but I'm sure its...

For fun, describe the worst brewing disaster you can imagine

Like the time my house and brewery flooded and I had to pour out 30 gallons of fermenting beer? And the the next day we waded in with crowbars to pry open my walkin cooler to salvage as much kegged beer as possible? Good times.. :mug: Aftermath

    240v Electrical Question

When I wired up my control panel years back, I just used a 3-prong plug at the wall as that is how my old hot water heater was wired up and I'd just switch between the two. You can read a little about it here if interested: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f51/deep-six-brewing-system-v2-0-a-79435/
