    Help on conical fermenter

I dont think the TC cap mounted coil design is inferior in the least. If that were the case, we wouldn't be offering them on our Brite Tanks. We've been selling lid mounted coils for the last 5 months or so, and before that I recall them first being seen on the Brewhemoth...

    Help on conical fermenter

Actually, I didn't imply anyone's design was inferior, my remarks are purely based on fact, so I'm not sure where you came up with that one. I think you could look at any public outlet, including social media, do some heavy contemplation and see exactly what I'm talking about. Not just about...

    Help on conical fermenter

I completely agree, which is why you probably shouldn't have interjected with a response about your product's theoretical future features when I was addressing someone elses concerns about one of our products. Furthermore, if you make a policy of antagonistic and discouraging remarks about...

    Help on conical fermenter

My brief comparison of features and pricing wasn't about whether or not you are going to offer insulation, but whether it was included in the price of the fermenter. Furthermore, I'm not sure that a spray ball mounted all the way over to one side of the vessel would be an effective way to...

    Help on conical fermenter

I have to disagree with this one, in addition to the coil included, dont forget the neoprene jacket that is also included with our line of BME Chronicals before comparing prices. Without any form of insulation, temp control becomes much more difficult to manage. Furthermore, from all the...

Ss brew kettle | brewmaster edition

We will look to introduce additional sizes down the line, but a 15 gallon version is a relatively low priority for us at this time, since it's sort of an "in-between" size. Its a little big for 5 gallon batch guys, and a little small for 10 gallon batch guys. It works great for the users that...

Ss brew kettle | brewmaster edition

David, Yes, I believe Morebeer will be getting BME Kettles around the same time we are. So they should be able to get one out to you!

Ss brew kettle | brewmaster edition

The 20 gallon kettle weighs roughly 30 lbs. There is a good amount of heat that channels through the vents, but overall no more or less heat that is thrown off from a burner with a standard kettle on it. Lastly, in all of the testing that we did not require heat shields for the valve.

We will be going with the 1/2" Female NPT threads for the ball valve, since many guys are more accustomed to using threaded barbs on the hot side. Plus, instead of a 1.5" TC barb, clamp, and gasket, all you need is a threaded barb, so the cost is a little more reasonable. However, there is a...

Ss brew kettle | brewmaster edition

Hey Guys, I'm Michael from the Ss Ssupport desk, we thought we would begin a new initiative to reply to some select threads in the equipment section to answer questions that come up on some of our new products or existing gear. For those concerned about the lack of triclad bottom, we designed...
