    there is somewhere on this site an article about bottle pasteurizing, where you basically bottle, wait a week or so to carb then bring the bottles up to temp in a pressure cooker to kill all the yeast inside.

    That's what I did and I cannot be happier, basically I replaced the original thermostat with the stc-100 and I didnt even have to cut the wires the GE 7.0 didnt have to be cut at all.

    i have found also when you get a lb or whatever quantity milled ahead of time then try to measure out you a lot of times end up with all the husks at the top and all the flour at the bottom. I had horrible problems when I was doing this

    when i was reading through the soldering stainless steel sticky on the DIY forum there was a guy that soldered a cast bell with a torch, its a long shot but if you already have a torch it cant hurt. I mean worse case you what damage a broken plate.

    its an electric stove, I was searching everywhere for a good example, maybe a wiring diagram. I googled it using this site specific instead of using the thread search and couldnt find anything. The closest I could find is the Countertop Brutus wiring which I should be able to use I think.

    I used good ole clear silicone caulk, for mine i used 2 tubes like a 1/4 inch bead all around, my lid is attached to my collar and I have picked up my keezer while holding onto the collar. It didn't budge that stuff is stronger than it looks.
