Going off the copper suggestion. You could run a copper line along the interior of the collar all the way around the inside to feed the glass rinser. That should be enough to get it chilled for a few rinses depending on the size of copper tubing.

Its mostly finished just need to get doors for the stereo cabinet above the fridge. Progress slowed once the kegerator was finished, too busy keeping taps full and emptying keg.

I have that same spoon just bent the spoon part over my knee. It gets the job done you just have to be careful to pour it fast enough to spread the water out.

I had it seal to the bar top first to reduce the height of the counter to standard counter top height. Also if would have left the top on the lines to the towers would have to run through a hole in the top, i didn't want to have to worry about pinching a line or cutting it on the sharp edges...

I had the same problem you have. My solution was to build a frame out of angle iron for the freezer to sit on and attached four appliance rollers to pull the freezer out from under the bar. I removed the lid and used pink board insulation to create a seal between the freezer and bar top...
