    First time kegger question

    I also kegged for the first time last night.. forced carb and poured. turned out great, but a tip for picnic taps, open the picnic tap all the way when pouring otherwise if you press down part way I just got foam from the tap. not sure if its the same on a regular faucet.

    Efficiency of BYO's partial mash technique

    I found i got pretty good results with BYO directions, I used a big grain bag etc. i didnt check og but I know i got about as much as 2.2lbs of lme with 4 lbs of grain worth of fermentables.

    yeast starter with dry yeast?

    Does anyone make yeast starters for dry yeast? ive always just rehydrated the yeast for 10-15 mins stir it up a bit and pitch, shes bubblin in 6-12 hours, im thinking of trying one with my batch tommorow im using saflager-23 im too cheap for liquid yeast.
