It took it like a champ! 8.5 Gallons of mash water with 24lbs of grain. I could probably go another half gallon of water if i needed, but no more than that.
Just some thoughts...
I'm doing another Imperial Stout later on with a grain bill that's 5 lbs more than my last one...I tried minimizing the amount of water to pound of grain to 1.25 quart per pound of grain...Not too sure I can go any lower than that. I have a 24 lb. grain bill and a 10...
This is my first label for one of my beers that was actually worth the effort to even make one. Haven't stuck em' to the bottles yet...Next batch I'll have it together.

I found a priming sugar to bottle size conversion chart online a while back when I used to do it that way...and I had used 32oz bottles and remember the given measurement. Don't remember the website though. :o
I said that too, I was almost going to give my fermenter away...but then I thought that since I want to come up with a few of my own recipes, they could be used for small experimental batches. My Mr. Beer fermenter just might see some action again.
