First Time Treating Water and Using Bru'n Water (Bohemian Pilsener)

    ZAC Imperial IPA Recipe Design

Thanks guys points taken!! Maybe I need to re-think the hops... is there a suggested hop schedule, while keeping to the Z A C type hops? ... maybe sticking to Zythos, Amarillo, and Citra? I will ensure I add gypsum to the water.

    ZAC Imperial IPA Recipe Design

My son is about 2 months old and I would like to develop a beer recipe in his honor. I was thinking of using his nickname "ZAC" as inspiration for the hops by using "Z", "A", and "C" hops and brewing an Imperial IPA. This is what I was thinking; any pointers would be greatly appreciated...

    Safe Container to Make Liqueur

worlddivides thank you for your thoughts... 5 gallons is a lot and I understand the costs... I have made these liqueurs numerous times when I had a few 5 gallon carboys on hand. I plan on giving these out as gifts in an upcoming wedding and if there is any left over, Christmas too. I agree...

    Help Bypassing Frigidaire LFTR1814LW Thermostat

Thanks JonM! I guess there is no advantage of the controller having "full" control over the fridge (possibly bringing the fridge lower than the Max Cold Temp). On Max Cold the fridge gets down to 36 deg. F. This should be good for lagering. Thanks for your help! MT
