I feel for you. Being without power SUCKS. You will want to kiss the power men when you see them rolling through your neighborhood. I was lucky enough to go for about a month w/o power last year between all the storms...

I'm lucky enough to have a very nice color laser printer at work, so I just whore it out when I print labels. No smudging ink. :) As far as calculating calories, carbs, etc., Mr Goodbeer has a calculator that does all of that.

I've got an external controller on my freezer so I can get it pretty cold. What about reboiling it for a few minutes? Would boiling it again affect the hops somehow? It would be a pain to clean everythign and chill the wort down again, but I can find some time during the evening maybe, if it...

Yeah, I've already got them. They were cracked into the same bag as the rest of the grains, so I don't think I can try one.. lol This is the recipe kit from my LHBS, so I hope they took that into consideration. I guess I'll find out tomorow how the wort tastes.
