Native ESP8266 BrewPi Firmware - WiFi BrewPi, no Arduino needed!

This is my BPL board, all from scratch. It uses a switching 5V PSU module and 5V relay. LM1111 reg to 3V . Changing some jumpers will deliver AC or just dry contacts. If any one is interested in eagle files let me know.

The same relay that turn on and off the fridge will operate the pump. use a wall mart 12v for the pumps. I assume that the mat will keep using AC power.

I set up a cron job that cut the log to the last 3 days, and acumultate the remainig data on a separated folder. That way the data loads on the browser on 5~10sec. I try to make a PHP program tho plot the historic data, but not very good yet. Parsing long txt is not very fast. The best will be...

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Both in parallel. The 100uF filters low freq noise, and the 100nF the high freq one. There is no point on saving on trace width, the wider the best. ESP sinks 350mA when Wifi Tx. The top layer will be filled with copper also, unconnected, to save etching solution.

BrewPi@ESP8266, no need of RPI and Arduino.

Use the full bottom layer for GND, and also use wider tracks if place allow. 5V should be 1mm minimum. Add 100nF and 100uF cap between 5V and GND as close to ESP 5V pin as possible. That will keep noise errors away.
