    Show us your Kegerator

Checked out your page and thought what you did with the cooling fan was great! Might have to steal that idea as I am tired of the foamy first beer...that and the sticking cheap faucets!

    Keg Tower insulation?

I'm using the 5 feet of 3/16" line that came with the tower. The tower is a two tap SS unit from Beverage Factory...there is a small amount of Styrofoam inside...not nearly enough for insulation IMO. As far as the length, Beirmuncher, the length of line has to do with resistance vs. pressure...

    Keg Tower insulation?

I was just curious if this insulation was enough to prevent the beer lines from warming up (I am getting too much foam) or did you also need to pump cold air into the tower with a fan? Would stuffing attic insulation into the tower help keep the lines cool? Thanks

Did you all have a name for your "brewery" after one batch?

I have thought on and off about a brewery name for a while... I finally came up with a name that combines my other hobby, antique tractors, and settled on Old Iron Beerworks I made up a website the other day practicing using GIMP and style sheets. There is no content or working...

    Turkey fryers.

Does anyone use their turkey fryer to fry turkeys and their brew? I am wondering if the smell or taste would tranfer to their wort? I mentioned a turkey fryer to my wife in regards to my next purchase and she liked the idea of deep fried turkey...she might be p*ssed if I decided that we...

Making a 2 Gallon Mini MLT

I found stainless steel washers at Home Depot. If I remember, I can scan the package in and post it for reference...the packaging was orange if I recall. I had to buy 5/8" stainless steel, "make your own bolt" kit, or something like that. Basically it was a couple of pieces of threaded rod...
