Mix a packet of Gelatine with 4 oz. water, heat to around 155-160 F. Stir it up and throw it in the keg. Purge the keg with CO2 and swirl. Let it sit a day or two and pour off a very cloudy pint. The next (and every following) pint will be crystal clear most likely!

In the future go to: http://www.rackers.org/calcs.shtml They have a great calculator that has kept me out of trouble on some heavy brew days. Basically tells you if your grain will fit in your mash tun (after specifying your mash tun type) along with whatever ratio of water you choose. Enjoy!

Hard to say, they should all be the same considering you did everything the same way at the same time. The only factor is the cooling so that really should be the only variable. I can't say why cooler one faster than the other would make a difference but if they were indeed at different...

Thanks! The lid is HEAVY! I plan to put gas springs on it in the near future. But once it is open and I have a prop rod under it, getting the kegs in and out is a snap.

Update: I have all six taps installed. The only thing missing now that I plan to do are the gas struts for the lid and the extra 2 gas lines which I have but are not installed.
