When I push up on mine the E1 appears for just a split second then it goes back to the temperature... if i wanna get E1 to stay on the screen i have to hold one of the arrows.. hope I've been of some help.

Alright i have a old Chest freezer that im turning into my home brewing fermentor. It has some small rusting and places where the paint has chipped away. I know that i can go buy appliance paint and paint over the spots. But wanted to know if anyone recomends a adhesive or something to put down...
