    Do any of you guys prefer and brew mostly lagers?

    I currently on a try a different style every brew kick. Get the whole range of HB experience. I started with a stout,ale,pils and just brewed a lager this afternoon. So many recipes so little time.

    You don't have a local DIY store for Wine/HB? I live in BF hicks ville Northern ON and I have 3 mom and Pops wine making stores and 5 brew your own shops that let me buy extracts from. :D Super stores also have and isle that sells the easy coopers kits.

    I remember vaguely back in ThunderBay ON when I was young and dumb I used a brew belt on my Carboy and never had a problem but I may have just been lucky.
