    First time force carbing

    I am force carbing my first batch. It is a light pale ale that I wanted to be pretty sprtizy. I set my regulator to 20# and let it sit @53 degrees for two weeks. The beer pours a great head and has some foam (if I swirl it there are lots of tiny bubbles), but there are no bubbles in the beer...

    Storing sanitized kegs?

    I was concerned because I had read on some other forums that starsan is corrosive to stainless steel and will pit over time. One account said that it had eaten through the keg so far that it wouldn't hold pressure. It sounds like everyone here think this fear is unfounded.

    After cleaning and sanitizing my kegs is it okay to leave a little star san in the keg and pressurize it for storage? It seems that so long as they are closed they would stay sanitary and ready to use for the future.

    It regulates 5-50PSI. The only thing that I could think of was if it was constructed with lead.

    I have a uniweld CO2 regulator that I got from a guy that was using it on a keezer, but the back of the regulator is stamped "Not for Beer". Is there any reason that a particular regulator would be unsafe? Thanks
