    Digital Temperature Controler

Does the cooler run off of normal household 110v? That would be my only concern.

    Final Gravity Miss

Did you take multiple gravity readings before racking to the secondary? If you only took the one reading, there is no way to tell if the fermentation was actually complete. Granted, a week and a half is a long time, but depending on conditions it might not have been done fermenting.

What works better as MLT for 5gal batches, a 5 or 10 gallon rubbermaid round cooler?

I just had to make the same decision. I spent the extra $$ on a 10 gal and am very happy with it!

    Water chiller

I have the same issue. I use a 1/2"x50' immersion chiller in my wort and have a smaller 1/2"x25' immersion chiller in a bucket/cooler of ice water. I use the larger chiller as normal until the temp gets down to 90-100deg. Then I put the smaller chiller in line between the faucet and the...

best/cheapest chest freezer that can fit 2 carboys?

I was looking for the same thing. I ended up with the GE 7.0cuft Model: FCM7SUWW It'll hold two fermenters (bucket or carboy) on the bottom and leaves room for a blow off container on the shelf. You can also fit 4 cornies on the bottom. Price should be right at $200 for a new unit.

Extract or go go full tilt

This is what I was going to recommend as well. Just know when purchasing your equipment to get it large enough to go AG. It will still work fine to start with extract brewing, then buy/make a few more pieces and you're ready to go AG.

    Ordering my brewery TONIGHT!

Yes you can. Just make sure the interior dimensions will fit your fermenting container (bucket or carboy) and make sure you include the room needed for an airlock!
