    Kegcowboy.com

None taken. I took the time to read through a few pages last night of this thread. Wow! I feel bad for the HBT community and for the poor customer service. I too manage a local business in Lexington and stress customer service as the #1 commitment to our customers. I hope that Jeff and his crew...

Blonde Ale Centennial Blonde (Simple 4% All Grain, 5 & 10 Gall)

Very good. Lighter then my normal brews but great with the temps around 110. The first drinks as good as the 3rd and the 6th..... Wife loves it with a twist of lemon. Color is very light and very clear. Could use a little more mouth feel.

    Kegcowboy.com

Though I can't say anything for Keg Cowboys shipping and internet customer service, I did want to comment on the opening of their new store in Lexington SC. I visited days after they opened (June 20th) to snoop around and was impressed. Matt greeted me and was very eager and willing to help...

Sunoco, fill tank get free growler fill

Waiting for our uniforms to get cleaned, bullets for our muskets and Popcorn Sutton to rise from the grave and get us some White Lighting to the front line. Though I agree the sweet tea has slowed us down.

    Going to Charlotte, NC

+1 on Ass Clown. They get crazy and experimental on some beers. Had a sour there not long ago that was great. I think they run tastings just on Saturday.

Charleston always gets the cool stuff first. Do they have a brown bag large enough to put it in?

    Brewing in the summer months?

Watch craigslist. I bought both for less then $80 each. They are wine coolers and I use the coolers built in temp control. I ferment now in the garage that reaches 95 here in SC. I can hold it steady anywhere from 65 down to 42 degrees. I can also jack the temp down and cold crash without...

    East coast beer trip!!!

Must go by Terrapin in Athens. Outside Atlanta. Laid back get togethers every evening on the weekend with live music. I think it's $10 but you get a tour, pint glass and 10 tickets for 10 beers to try. Ok to bring your dog and throw a frisbee. Eat first as they pour them full. :drunk:

Cheap and inexpensive fermentation cooling techniques?

Watch Craigslist and keep brewing. I have a used 52 bottle Vissani wine cooler and it allows me to ferment in the garage. The wife prefers not having potential explosions in the house. Right now I'm 84 in the garage and 64 in the cooler. I can hold 49 degrees with it when 95 in the garage. It...
