    Sparkling Cider Bottling Equipment Questions

    I do not...but that's because I like a semi-to-sweet cider...so there's still natural sugars left when I carb. Cheers [emoji111]

    Sparkling Cider Bottling Equipment Questions

For my protocol -- I let bottle carb 7-10days then toss in fridge. Zero issues. My bottle carbed ciders never last more than a few weeks to a month before they are consumed. [emoji12] Everyone's gotta bit different approach...I'm sure others will chime in. Cheers [emoji111]

What hops would you use for hoped cider?

Was up at Suttons Bay Ciders near Traverse City and had a great cider dry hopped with Mosaic. It was light, citrusy, crisp. No typical tongue attack - which makes me dislike most IPAs. Gonna snag some & give em a try in 1gal batch [emoji106]

    Cherry juice ratio

Nope. I only ferment 100% apples. All flavor additions are done post fermentation. It's a protocol that has worked great for Me. Cheers [emoji111]

    Cherry juice ratio

I use tart cherry juice concentrate from brownwoodacres.com -- and depending how Cherry I want a batch will use 1-2oz per gal Post-fermentation. Cheers [emoji111]
