For my protocol -- I let bottle carb 7-10days then toss in fridge. Zero issues. My bottle carbed ciders never last more than a few weeks to a month before they are consumed. [emoji12]

Was up at Suttons Bay Ciders near Traverse City and had a great cider dry hopped with Mosaic. It was light, citrusy, crisp. No typical tongue attack - which makes me dislike most IPAs. Gonna snag some & give em a try in 1gal batch [emoji106]

I use tart cherry juice concentrate from brownwoodacres.com -- and depending how Cherry I want a batch will use 1-2oz per gal Post-fermentation.
