My preferences seem to change with the seasons, but an IPA is always a good choice. Not every style is for everyone though. I'm not a big fan of ciders doesn't mean I won't keep trying new ones in hope of one day being turned.

Ask them if they are a cop first and then meet them in a dark alley to make the exchange. I don't think you have much to worry about unless you are trying to make serious business out of selling your beer.

I'm with everyone else. Overhopped iipa? Impossible. My ipa has a calculated IBUs of just over 100 and I've never had any complaints. If it overhopped, I'll swing by the next time I'm in San Diego and take it off your hands for you!

Thanks. I normally use beersmith for my all grain recipes, but I don't have access to it today, and brewersfriend doesn't have this extract. It finally dawned on me that "ppg" is "points per gallon". That would have made things a lot easier! :smack:

I'm looking for milk stout recipes and just before reading your post I thought, "What if I add vanilla to bring out the milk flavor?". That was weird. Anyways, How did your beer turn out? Recommendations on the amount of vanilla?

Any updates on this beer? How did the brew day go? I'm looking for ideas for my own chocolate milk stout.
