    Refrigerator for two pin locks or sixtels

    Unfortunatly a full sized fridge won't fit where I need it to go. I suppose a freezer cold, but it seems cost prohibitive once temp control and such was added in. Really was hoping to find a 200ish new fridge that could hold two kegs, off or both of which was a sixtel.

    Seeking a compact refrigerator that can how two pin lock or two sixtels without breaking the bank. It seems most compact 4.x sized fridges are barely wide enough for two ball locks so pin lock is out. Anyone have a suggestion?

    What did you use to carb p the bottles? It it possible that more of it ended up in some bottles causing some (one) to overcatb while others are flat?

    Using beersmith and only changing the pre boil volume moves my IBU from "in the green" with a 2.5 gal boil to "in the red" with high IBU with a 5 gal boil which is what had be worried. The tastybrew calculator shows IBU dropping based on pre boil volume. I am completely missing where I can...

    Discoby - did your immersion Chiller fully submerge in your 15 gal pot when doing 5 gal batches?

    I don't know if I will do 10gal, but I know I will start with 5. I am worried that if I get a 20 gal kettle to start that it will be too big for 5gal batches, liquid to shallow to fully submerge the wort chiller specifically.

    Ball Valve on a brew kettle?

    So I am brand new to this, learning / equipment purchasing phase. I keep reading how the valve makes it so much easier even with an IC because you can drain through the valve into the fermenter without moving the kettle. Do i assume that means everyone is boiling at some reasonable height...
