    I was just listening to John Palmer (of How to Brew fame) in an interview. He said that a secondary just really isn't that important. He even mentioned he lagered his last beer entirly in the primary with no ill effects. He summed it up with something along the lines of a secondary is best...

    Storage temps?

    Won't the yeast just stop once all the priming sugar is used up? So if you use the correct amount of sugar is used is shouldn't over carbonated no matter what the temp? Someone correct me if I'm wrong. Rethin

    Begginner: Temp Question

    I have my first batch stewing in the corner. So far I think I've escaped any major blunders. But I still have a couple of questions. Right now the ambient temp in the room is hovering around 22-23C. The yeast packet says ferment between 18-24C. I have so far resisted opening the fermenter...
