    Thanks MMJfan! Does the Wyeast 1272 need to ferment at 65 as the OP instructions state? and I know there are no stupid questions....only stupid people who ask questions, but if it does need to be at 65 how does one do that if their house is about 78 (I can get it down to 74 where I store it)...
