:rockin:I have to totally agree with Revvy about leaving the beer alone in the primary. My beers are much more clear, and cleaner tasting with 3-4 weeks in the primary bucket, and then bottle condition. My son and I now have our carboy aging a month old Apfelwein.:mug:
