Man, I'm all about Belgians. All shapes and styles. :) That being said, any sort of pilsner has never really done anything for me. Can't win 'em all.

My fiancee and I are new to the homebrew game (just bottled our first batch tonight!) but I think we decided to name our creations after one of our favorite albums. So I guess whatever we craft will be under the "Spirit of Eden Brewery" label. :)

I am not quite sure what to say. I am very new to the homebrewing game. My fiancee and I finally got around to make our first brew. It's a pretty easy Grand Cru kit, so nothing too fancy...but a good way to get immersed into the homebrew game! Hope to hang around and learn all sorts of tips...
