If one mashed a bit high, is there anything out there, beta amylase?, to get FG down a couple of points in the fermenter? 1.001 is definitely way too low!
I tried a couple on my sisters . First was disastrous mess. Could not move a full size pizza dough. Cut the next one into two smaller pies. Way better!
I had draft craft inside a local grocery store tonight. They have their own bar area now and had the Celtics game on. A reasonable $5 pints plus no tipping. Loving it!
