    Fermentation Fridge dual temperature ?

I have not started this project yet. i sure would like to get it done, so thanks for the information. Sounds pretty simple this way; I think I will get to it after the first. I love that fridge though. I have the wok range in my garage and would like to unload it. It weighs early a ton...

American Pale Ale Lake Walk Pale Ale

The Lakewalk still gets the raves at our house. It's definitely the house brew. The hopping schedule is perfect. i played with the malt and yeast a bit, and like the Maris Otter change. I'm getting away from US 05 a bit now because I find I was getting inconsistent attenuation and some dry...

My rule is you get one hampster per childhood. You kill it, your done. Exit the hampster phase gracefully. KD

Name my dog - Golden Retriever

Cute, I don't think I could name my dog Corona, but I kind of like it. Porter is a good name if I had a boy dog. Nugget is also cool. So far, the only beery name I could get through is Amber; the girls are pushing for Ginger. I guess it's beer related, sort of.

    bottle priming with a pipette

Not sure about the volume or how to even begin this project. i just thought it would be cool to dial in specific volumes of CO2 for differnt styles. It makes it easy to rack to a keg, fill a sixer or two for competitions and then force carb the rest. As great as the beergun is, this sounds...

    bottle priming with a pipette

I was hoping to have better control than the Coopers drops which are a rather high dose. Prime tabs are no longer made. If there are any other products, I would like to know about htem. I have seen some pipettes on ebay for around 20-25 bucks.

    bottle priming with a pipette

I was thinking about buying a digital pipette for priming up small batches of beer before I force carb, as an alternative to beergunning later. Does anyone have any experience or links where I can get good information as to dosage and procedure? Thanks KD

American Pale Ale Lake Walk Pale Ale

Just an update on a variation I tried. I decided to use Maris Otter and WY1272 for a batch. I have to say that it came out great. my wife says it's the best LW I have made. Some batches of LW have overattenuated on me using US05, but this batch has a great mouthfeel and has good malt balance...
