    Buying a BGE today. And pics of my nest/table

    Very nice! Your life will never be the same. My SWMBO bought me my BGE as a wedding gift (I'm a lucky guy) and I'm constantly finding reasons on why to cook on it. I average 4 cooks a week on it but will occasionally have a weekend where the fire never goes out and will cook all my meals on it.

    Saison Help

    I started mine at 65 and had vigorous fermentation in 10 hours. After about 5 days fermentation had slowed to one bubble every minute so I started to crank it up 3 degrees a day and finished at 80 degrees. This beer tastes great, maybe too good as it's very drinkable for 8.75% abv.

    Euthanized three gallons of beer. Having a pity party.

    I think I'm going to dump my second batch. I've got nothing but gushers in my extract wheat beer. The taste is a combination of wine cooler and beer. I'm not a very big fan. I'll raise a glass of something drinkable for your batch.
