Best way to Sanitize bottles without dishwasher

The night before I bottle I soak all (56) bottles in oxiclean. I the rinse and let the dry overnight In milk crates. Bottling day I fill by bottling bucket with star San mixture and proceed to run every bottle through mock filling. I only fill each about an inch or two and the swirl around to...

    Should i drink this

While at my mothers house a few weeks ago I came across a Christmas gift from years back, a bottle of Young's Christmas Pudding Ale and pint glass. The date on the bottle is May 25, 2005. It has been in her basement the whole time which never gets above 65 degrees. If I drink it do you think...

Anheuser Busch and their deceptive marketing

I just stumbled across this place last week in my search for Black Note. Amazing selection but alas no Black Note left.

    ...so I like rye?

It depends what characteristic you like in the beer. I like the spice rye provides. It also may depend on what the proprietor strain of yeast is that they use. I like to use a Belgian wheat strand with rye. Kind of tastes like pumpkin pie.

    Neighbors From HELL

When I lived I had a horrible neighbor. He was married to a woman from Columbia and they had a daughter who were very nice. This guy was trailer trash who had money. He treated his yard as a compost bin. Any thing that they didn't finish eating was thrown in the back yard. There was no fence...

    Old Dresser Fermentation Chamber

Hi all. I have an old 6 drawer dresser that is in pretty rough shape. Basically all the tracks are broken and the drawers have no support. I was thinking of taking all the drawers out and cutting out all the wood spacing. I would then buy either some cabinet doors that match the current stain...
