I have a kegerator setup with a stout faucet...powered by a bottle of 75/25 beergas. Prior to placing the keg in the kegerator, I force carbed (warm) on CO2 at 30PSI for 24ish hours. Once placed in the kegerator, I purged the keg and hooked up the Nitro and dialed it in at 30PSI as well...

What kind of efficiency numbers are you guys getting? I can't seem to get better than 70% over the course of 7 sessions...

I love them! No transferring to secondaries or separate buckets to bottle (if bottling). I'm able to ferment in the same vessel the entire duration without ever having to disturb the brew. I can get the dimensions this evening.

It's hot as balls in Austin too but I keep my place at a crisp 67-69 which works for my fermentation temps!!! I need to get in the habit of closing the valve when I'm not recirculating or do what you are doing!
