    Tygon Silver Beer Line

I only needed 25ft, so I have the other 25ft to sell. 3/16" ID, 5/16" OD x 25 feet. This is the best beer line you can buy. No residual plastic taste and lined with silver to prevent any infection. I will ship for $49 to the continental US.

    In keg Storing

I have bottles over almost 2 years old and taste fine. They are definitely smoother but loose some flavor. However, a Belgium Triple should be perfectly aged and smooooth! I haven't had the chance to age that long in a keg yet.

    Question Regarding CO2 Manifolds

http://www.kegerators.com/carbonation-table.php You'll need a separate regulator for each line to serve at different pressures. Much cheaper to get an extra regulator and control two lines at a time with the same pressure.

    turn-key Kegerator advice

I bought the larger Danby unit from Walmart.com (free shipping to the store). Had same concerns you stated, but I think Danby corrected the temp problems. The newer reviews are much more positive than the older. Comes with the 5g CO2 tank, rear mounted and a plug to run a hose inside. The...

    beer fat floating in bottles

Interesting.....I made the same last year but used fresh grated coconut. I can't taste any coconut, but my Asian nephew can. The coconut oil may inhibit the beer head a bit. Age it a couple of more months. I don't have any fat rings or sourness, but I did use a bag to hold the coconut in the...

what happens to the stagnant beer in the serving lines?

I think it's more like 3 oz, but a math guy will figure this out quickly. Now ask yourself....would flat beer cause foam? The beer in the line isn't any different than inside the keg...it's still under pressure. It's a balance between pressure, temperature and length of your 3/16"...

I want to start kegging with one of the 5 gallon soda kegs

^^^^ You hit the nail on the head. The lack of using the Search tab and the repetitiveness of simple questions gets old fast. This is common in all forums, but I find it worse on this site. Why the moderators sit back and allow this to continue is baffling. I haven't posted here much because...

    BeerMeister Kegerator - good buy?

The beer meister is a customized Danby. You'll be very happy with your purchase. I think the most difficult part of buying a kegerator is having one delivered w/o any damage.

I think I messed up my first batch??

Place it in a warm spot for 3 weeks and maybe you might have a carbonated beer. But I agree with the above poster too.

    Keg absolute must haves?

My biggest investment is perlick SS faucets and Tygon Silver tubing. I also wanted a taprite regulator that can be adjusted by hand and not a tool. And finally a gas manifold with check valves.

    Difference in manifolds?

I just returned a manifold that looks like the second pic because it didn't have the one way flow check valves. I purchased another one that looks like the second pic WITH the check valves. The second pic manifold allows me to slide the mounting bracket into the kegerator shelf slot. I...
