How many gallons of EdWort's Apfelwein have been made?

12,487 + 10 = 12,497. That counts for the 10 gallons I've made so far, I'll be making another 5 tomorrow in honor of my past Mother, a wine and apple lover.

First All Grain brew day, gone wrong... And it was good!

Today I used my brand new BoilerMaker set up for the first time, also my first all grain brew. How exciting! The mash went well, fly sparging seemed to work, my sparge arm didn't seem to want to spin, but I just kept flicking it, and that worked fine. But I ended up with almost 10 gallons...

    Keg #2 wont flow. Help!

BierMuncher your the man! It was your tip to use a hammer or something to tap the wrench to get it going. After much fiddling I was able to lodge an adjustable wrench on the out line, used a larger wrench to knock it loose! And now? THE BEER IS FLOWING!! :mug: :ban: So what was...

    Keg #2 wont flow. Help!

My only test was to clean and sanitize it, pushing the star san out the tap line, which seemed to work well enough, but maybe I only did that to the first keg... I just don't know anymore. Also, thanks to everyone for helping me with this.

Yes, I switched the taps from keg 1, and the same thing happened, keg 1 w/ tap 2 flowed very nice, and keg 2 w/ tap 1 doesn't.

    Keg #2 wont flow. Help!

How dangerous is that for the beer? Can I fix the keg and save the beer?

    Keg #2 wont flow. Help!

OK, I did this, even cranked the pressure up to 30PSI, lots of bubbling noise, then I put it all back and the keg moves a little easier but still nothing but a slow dribble and foam. How would I check the dip tube? I would have to have to put my arm in there and fool around with crap, but...

    Keg #2 wont flow. Help!

I recently set up a 2 keg system. 5lb Co2 tank. with a 2 way regulator. The first keg was set up 8 days ago, it worked great, I had carbonation on an IPA in 3 days and it is pouring very nicely now. 3 days ago I filled keg #2 and force carbed it. Today I tried to pull a drink from it...

    My first Lager.

It's more of an experiment. I have read a LOT of different opinions on the matter. So I just went ahead and did it. Split it into 3 equal parts, and one that was just a couple ounces, and tossed them all into a 275F oven. Pulled the first pan after about 25 minutes, pulled the second pan at...

    Apartment brewers unite!

I am also an apartment brewer. I'm in the basement and the only compliant I get is that on brew day I stink up the whole first floor, but everyone likes my beer, so it all works out. Luckily I have a big enough pot/small enough stove that I can get my boil going very nice over two burners.
