Great point. Besides the fact that the cost of most bikes is way less than most cars. I have a paid off 03 Mazda Tribute that gets 20 mpg and I'm looking at getting a used Kawi Vulcan 900 for around 5500. It gets 50-60 mpg. Some get even more. The insurance i'm looking at is about 300 a year...
