    If it's made of steel (iron) you should avoid, it may impart bad flavors on cider. If its stainless, no worries.

    Just won't stop fermenting

    Cool it down, I found cooler slower ferments are much better. Try to move it some place cooler. What was the OG, and the gravity now?
