I just got my equipment from kegconnection and I'm am 100% satisfied. They had the best prices hands down, and the service was great. IMO they are the best option to get started kegging. Just legged my first batch and force carbing as I type :)

So I just bought some older cornies from kegconnection (Ben was great to work with) and I have a question about them. The issue I'm having is that that black rubber wants to come off on everything it touches. Is there a way to seal this stuff up, or is it just a product of older kegs that I have...

Kind of an odd question for you veteran keggers. I went and got my 5# co2 tank filled yesterday and when I got home and hooked up my regulator (brand new) it shows the tank pressure right above 700psi. Is this normal for a new full 5# co2 tank, or should the pressure be higher than that...

My freezer was just delivered. Guess I'll see if I can get my coffin build done in a weekend :) Kegs will be here tomorrow. It's like Christmas in November :ban: :ban: :ban:

TomSD has the very same freezer. It will hold 4 ball locks on the floor without a collar I believe.

Got mine coming tomorrow. Can wait to tear it apart :)

Brewing the Midwest clone of Sierra Nevada pale ale this weekend. Hopefully the happy holiday brew as well if it comes in time.

Got a brewers best ipa started yesterday. Had to get up this morning and put the blow off tube on because the airlock was filling with foam. Seems to be running strong now.
