Awesome I used a couple galons of hot water mixed with the cleaner and star San I ran about a gallon through and left the keg hooked up I haven't rinsed it yet I just figured I'd leave the solution in there until I'm ready to fill it up again

I had an extra replacement cord for a saw laying around. You can use anything just make sure it has a ground plug

Note: I only turned on the gas for about 30 seconds! :) I didn't want to waste too much. Just enough to pump it out

I just finished my first keg of home brew so I decided I would go ahead and clean and sanitize everything so I started out by just rinsing my keg an then I put some no rinse cleaner in it and a small amount of star San and THEN IT CAME TO ME .... THE GREATEST IDEA EVER!!! So I put the lid on...

Hey guys I asked this question on another thread but didn't get any replies. I have a 5 gallon batch of an ipa i brewed 3 weeks ago I transferred it to the secondary on Saturday almost a week ago, and I decided I want to dry hop it. Is it too late or would I be fine to dry hop now?

When is it too late to dry hop? I racked to secondary last Saturday and want to dry hop is it too late or can I just go ahead and do it now?

I found the leak I used about a half bottle of dawn and finally found it. It was the shut off valve on the bottom of the regulator ( where the hose connects ) it was loose so I tightened it up and whalla no more air bubbles. But then I noticed that I have to change the valve because if I push on...

Rebelbrewer.com has them for 2.30 a oz that's the cheapest I've seen them

My regulator has sprung a leak! :( two tanks 1 keg boo I have tightened every fitting used Teflon tape on the joints and I have been paranoid about loosing co2 so now I'm leaving the tank off ( when I do the keg has a pressure , and a few hours later it has non) no fun spending 40 bucks on co2

Just waiting on the control module and my fern chamber will be up and running! Also you can see my side by side kegerator on the left specifically the perlick tap with flow control (best tap ever IMO)

I have to say either my palate has been murdered or this Donkey Piss IPA has turned out pretty good after a few extra days. I'm glad to say that I brewed this thing. I just wish I knew what a true ranger ipa tasted like so I could compare the two

What if the beer is already carbonated from the co2 ?
