I've been keeping all my brews in primary for at least 3-4 weeks. Then I keg and force carbonate and let sit another 2-3 weeks. I havnt had any problems and they are all delicious . I'm my biggest critic

I believe u need to back sweeten it with a can of apple juice concentrate and that will be your priming sugar just make sure that u mix it well so u don't have any bottles exploding on you. If anything will make a bottle blow up it's this stuff

That sucks. Those orange brackets slide off. U gotta lift up on the little tabs on the side. They are what hold the controller in place

I have this fermenting @ 66 degrees right now. It smells freaking crazy!. It totally cleared my sinuses when I smelt the airlock! :) I missed target gravity though. All grain version came out to 1.052

I started this batch on 7/28 24 days ago it was dry as hell so i added 1 can apple concentrate and 2 cans raspberry/cranberry concentrate and put it in my keg and carbed it up delicious now
