Thanks ajwillys!! It is truly a great system that has brewed an NHBC Gold Medalist and a Shamrock blue ribbon beer. Not bad, since I've only entered two competitions. I may cry a little when she leaves and may have to visit her every once in a while. :) Thanks Again!
