    Wow, thats kinda nice. How tall is that? I know it's 50 quarts...but what I'm wondering if it would be a good use for cooling wort in a turkey fryer?

    Carboy Carrier

    I use one that actually slings around and under the entire carboy and has two handles. I can't stand the thought of using the one's that just lift it by the neck. I'm afraid of those types.

    Damn, this hobby is CRAZY!

    ^^ This. It's why I think I'm going to stay with bottling. I can try and hide some from myself this way, and have them a long way down the road.

    Making labels

    I use easy removable multi-use labels by Avery 2x4. Get them a wet and they peel right off the bottle. Interestingly the sweat from a cold beer doesn't seem to be wet enough for them to peel, they need to be soaked. Perfect for us brewers since most of us re-use the bottles. The Avery part...

    Yay me.. I was worried I did everything wrong... didn't clean enough.. didn't sanitize enough.. didn't cool the wort fast enough.. cooled it too much.. pitched the yeast to soon, or did I wait too long fermentation was too slow..(.not very active bubbling in air lock) forgot to take...
